RUNAWAY SLAVES - $600 Reward - Ran off on the 2nd October, about 16 miles from baltimore, on the Washington Road. The reward will be paid by me (Samuel Gustine) on the delivery of the whole in Baltimore County Gaol, or an equal proportion for each, if taken out of the state of Maryland, or $150 for each if taken in the State of Maryland, and secured in any Goal so that I get them again.
NEGRO SHARPER, age 18, 5 ft. 5 in., a sprightly fellow, sharp faced, small wart under one of his ears. Purchased of Mr. LEVI PIERCE. More.
NEGRO LEVIN, sometimes called ROBINSON, age 27, scar above left eye. Purchased of Mr. JOHN UHLER. More.
NEGRO JOSHUA, age 35, 6 ft. high, very stout, 3 marks on his head and a small piece off one of his ears. Purchased of Mr. EDWARD PIERCE of Baltimore County.
RUNAWAY NEGRO WOMEN - $300 Reward - Ran away on August 24, a negro woman called NANCY, 21 years old. About 5 ft. 1 in., a dark Mulato, her right breast much larger than the other, small hands and feet, has a down look when spoken to, brought up to do housework, fond of talking and a notorious liar. Perhaps gone to Philadelphia or New Jersey. More.
Also NEGRO HARRIOTT, about 9 yrs old. Missing about October 25. Tall for her age. Stoops very much in her neck, and her head always hanging down, nearsighted. Has a burn on left arm above the elbow. Purchased of MRS. LATTIMORE near Washington Square, who owns her mother. It's believed the mother knows where she is and has her harbored in the neighborhood- somewhere in the city or Annapolis. Will give $100 for securing her and another $100 if it can be proved that the mother has sent the hild away or has her harbored. More. 3.5 column inches.
BOUNTY - REWARD FOR DESERTERS of the 4TH REGIMENT OF INFANTRY - $240 REWARD - $30 for each, and all necessary expenses, if delivered up to any officer of the US Army. Lists all the deserters' names , ages, physical descriptions, date of enlistment and more.

WILLIAM DOUGLAS, age 23, born in Virginia, a farmer, supposed that he has gone to Cumberland County, NJ

WILLIAM IDLE, age 23, born in New Jersey, cabinet maker, well known in Burlington, NJ and Bordentown, NJ where he worked for some time.
GEORGE DEAL, age 23, born in Philadelphia, PA, shoemaker
SMITH GARRISON, age 26, born in New Jersey, shoemaker
HUGH GARRISON, brother to Smith, age 22, born in Cape May, New Jersey, a laborer. It is supposed that HUGH and SMITH both went to Cape May where they may be employed in catching oysters.
